Terms of use
The short version: this is free training, the labs are run by an AI model and can be wrong, the credit is real and has to be earned honestly, and a badge says what it says and nothing more.
This is a pilot. Cherry Hill Academy Learning is open to invited participants while we finish it. Courses, labs and the assessment may change under you, and we may contact you for feedback. Credit you have already earned is not affected by a change we make later.
What this is
Cherry Hill Academy Learning is a free continuing professional education program operated by Cherry Hill Advisory, a registered sponsor on NASBA's National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Taking a course does not make you a client of Cherry Hill Academy and does not create a professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Course content is education. It is not audit, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment applied to your own situation. Standards, regulations and tools change; material is reviewed at least annually, and the revision date is on the policies page.
The labs are run by an AI model
The lab coach is Claude, an AI model, responding live. No practitioner reviews what it says to you before you read it. It can be wrong, cite a standard imprecisely, or describe a control that does not exist in your environment.
Work through the labs as practice. Do not lift lab output into a workpaper, a report, a filing or a client deliverable without a qualified person reviewing it first. If it ends up in your files, that was your judgment, and the responsibility is yours.
Do not paste client-identifying, confidential or personal information into a lab. What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate the response. Use realistic but invented examples. The privacy notice sets out exactly what happens to it.
Earning credit honestly
CPE credit is reported against your name, and your state board may rely on it. So the condition is simple: the assessment must be your own work.
That means one account per person, no sharing sign-in links, no sharing or publishing assessment questions or answers, and no having someone else complete a course for you. Sign-in links are single use and personal to you.
If we find that credit was not earned as described, we will revoke it, void the certificate, and mark the verification page accordingly. Where a credit has already been reported, we will correct the record. This protects every other learner's certificate and the sponsor registration all of them depend on.
What a badge means
A badge records that you completed a specific course or tier on a specific date, with the assessment passed at 70 percent or better. It is issued by Cherry Hill Advisory and verifiable at its public link.
It is not a license, a professional designation, a certification, or a NASBA credential, and NASBA does not endorse it. Registry sponsorship authorizes awarding CPE credit; it says nothing about the sponsor's own marks. Present a badge for what it is and it will hold up. Present it as a designation and it will not.
You may share your badge and its verification link anywhere, including on LinkedIn. You may not alter the artwork, issue it to anyone else, or imply it came from a body other than Cherry Hill Academy.
Using the program
Courses, labs, assessments and artwork belong to Cherry Hill Academy. Use them to learn, including inside your organization; please do not resell them or republish them as someone else's training.
The program is free and offered as it is, with no warranty of accuracy or availability, and we may change or retire a course. If we retire one, the policies page sets out what happens to work in progress and to credit you have already earned. Your CPE records are kept for five years because the QAS standards require it, which the privacy notice explains.
Anything about this program that is wrong, unclear or not what was described goes to cpe@cherryhilladvisory.com. You are not required to come to us first: complaints about a registered sponsor may also go to the National Registry at www.nasbaregistry.org. The policies page sets out how we handle them and how quickly.
