Fees and refunds

This program is offered at no charge. No fees are collected for registration, for any course, for the assessment, or for issuing a certificate.

Because there is no fee, there is nothing to refund. If Cherry Hill Academy Learning ever introduces a paid course, that course will carry its own published refund policy before it accepts a payment, and this page will state it.

Cancellation

You may stop at any time. Self Study has no scheduled sessions to cancel. Your progress is saved, and you can return to an unfinished course whenever you want.

If we retire a course, credit you have already earned is unaffected. A certificate that has been issued stays valid and its verification page stays live. Anyone part way through a retired course will be told by email and given a reasonable period to finish.

Complaint resolution

If something about this program is wrong, unclear, or not what was described, tell us at cpe@cherryhilladvisory.com or +1-856-388-2145. Include the course code and what happened.

We acknowledge every complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within thirty days. You will get the outcome in writing, including what we changed, if anything.

You are not required to come to us first. Complaints about a registered sponsor may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors at www.nasbaregistry.org.

Records

Your CPE records are kept for five years from the date of completion, as the QAS standards require. That covers your completion date, credits, assessment attempts and evaluation.

You can reach your own certificates at any time by signing in, and each has a public verification page that does not require an account.

How we handle personal data is on the privacy page.
